A journey map is a visual representation that illustrates a sequence of interactions and experiences a customer, or person, has when engaging with a particular product, service or processes.
It will usually include key touch points throughout the journey, key emotions and pain points. This offers more insight into risks, needs, and opportunities, to help businesses to improve or enhance their offerings
This journey map was used a visual representation of the impact and risks across multiple phases and features across this project.
